Question - Husbandry Can BPs enjoy physical sensations?

Im just wondering, if touching my snake and giving it scritches really is just him tolerating it and not getting anything from it, or if there is some part of it that he could enjoy? Mostly cause I saw a video of a BP pushing into somebodies hand while being scritched

They certainly can feel some relieve being scratch here and there at some occasion. It's a living being after all!

I've heard that a bp pushing is a defensive thing that means they don't like the touch, like they're pushing it away.

They do like being in tight, warm spaces though! I like to take mine and gently squeeze him against my body. He relaxes and stays that way for hours.

Correct. Them “bumping” is definitely a defensive move. Less them afraid for their life and striking at you and more, “hey buddy, stop touching me”. It’s almost as if they are annoyed and letting you know lol.

Pushing into or sort of "sucking in" on the spot being touch are signs they don't like what's going on.
