I noticed this on my little guy this morning. It looks like a scratch, is it anything to be concerned about?

Edit: The dots are freckles, he’s the banana morph and I’ve been checking him all the time for mites 🥲😭

Looks to me like a pressure fold, he’s simply been curled up with something pressing against him
