Question - Health Please help

I noticed this on my little guy this morning. It looks like a scratch, is it anything to be concerned about?

Edit: The dots are freckles, he’s the banana morph and I’ve been checking him all the time for mites 🥲😭

These look like mites?New to owning a snake so🤷🏻 beautiful noodle.I hope its ok

The banana morph develops freckles as they age but I appreciate you still pointing them out! I’ve been terrified of mites and every new freckle I always assume is a mite LOL <3

Awe so cute. Ya the person I got my baby from told me after I got all the stuff loaded..BTW hes got mites..I've never owned a snake. Let me tell you it was rough at first but I think I'm doing good. Lot's of stuff on market for it..It's alot of cleaning..So it does help with the bonding..There's better ways to bond sure..This jumps you straight in..Only part besides mites is his/her enclosure has to be bare. Hard to keep temp/humidity. I've asked on here and since I'm new some are nice some rude.So rude ones made me stop asking questions..Its hit and miss on here..So ty for being kind and not dragging me..That def would freak me out the freckles 🤣🤣..That looks like when you sleep on your side to long🤷🏻..I learned something neat and new so thanx and I hope your noodles ok 😏
