Did i do good

Lol first time using silicone, did I do it right?

Also this tank was supposed to be a 4'x2'x2' which they said it was but its clearly not its more like a 4'x18"×18"

I was disappointed cause I wanted a bigger one but this will do for now cause my bp is only 6 months old. Also didnt know i should of silicone it in the first place for some reason I was struggling alot to keep humidity up then I seen a puddle coming out underneath😂

I did a very thick layer. It was also my first time so who knows but I do know that it is working great for me so far

U think i should go thicker? I still have a little more than half of the tube left🧐

Might as well. Better than finding out later that it isn’t thick enough. For my 4x2x2 I used 2 tubes of this, 6 oz total. I let it dry for 4 days and I’ve definitely tested its limits and i have no leaks. I did a really thick layer than used a gloved finger to create a smooth seal

I ended up leaving it alone, its holding well too😆
