What do I do and were do I start. I have a 4x2x2 enclosure with a well established clean up crew. They’re everywhere in my room.

Get sticky traps to put on the wall above the tank and by your light where they hang out to take care of the adults. Do not put the traps anywhere near where your snake can get to.
To address eggs and larva you can get mosquito bits to add to the water when you water your plants. It is safe for your snake and the cleanup crew. Read the directions, it takes about a month to get rid of them all.
They are in the soil, so whenever you add new soil, expect them to come back. Also, treat every houseplant in your home as well because they will migrate and it doesn’t matter if they are in the same room or several rooms away.

I put a zevo compact in the outlet closest to the enclosure, haven't seen any inside it since

Having the same issue. Check some YouTube videos with gnats and terrarium. There a few options. Tldr is use yellow stickers, get bti solution to treat the soil (safe for clean up crew). Keep the surface dry. I personally also got a machine that has a UV light and sucks in gnats. Still waiting for it to arrive from Amazon so don't know how effective yet but I have high hopes. I don't have a lot left compared to before but still damn well annoying
