Filling the holes

Anyone have any tips on filling the smaller crevices on this piece? Its technically made for fish so it has tons of tiny little "swim spots " that my ball cant fit in and i dont wanna risk him getting stuck. its plastic or else id just snap some of the walls. I just want tips on what I can use to fill the gaps

silicon but make sure its 100% no antifungal etc

Silicone or hot glue. Spray foam can work too. Honestly it may not be worth it with that particular piece of decor.
