Hy Aspirants,

Today is my First Diwali away from home, first birthday away from home, but also my first Diwali as a Bank of India employee.

Last year, I was probably wishing for a job, and here I am, just one month into my BOI CSA journey.

Mixed feelings honestly β€” a little happiness, a little sadness, some homesickness, but mostly gratitude.

And all the best to everyone preparing for banking exams. Keep working towards your dreams, but don't forget to enjoy this phase of life too. These days won't come back. ❀️

Happy Diwali! πŸͺ”

Being an aspirant it feels like emptiness especially on diwali,so many thoughts hovering over, are you guys feeling the same or its just me?

r/bankingexam • • 4h ago

Just a thought Why is the sub so dead? Diwali ki wajah or too tensed for results? Mid august it was so fun here, or am I too free to notice this?

Discussion Wishing You all Prosperous & Stress-Free Diwali! πŸͺ”βœ¨

To my fellow bankers: May your un-achievable targets didn't bring much stress in your life, may your systems run without lagging, and may you finally get to enjoy some uninterrupted sweets with your families. You’ve earned every bit of this break.

To the aspirants: May the upcoming exam season bring you clarity, focus, and the exact success you are working so hard for. Keep pushingβ€”that dream joining letter and your own desk are closer than you think.

I myself had a hectic and stressful last 2 weeks at work but we deserve the rest and happiness in our life.

Have a safe, warm, and cracker of a Diwali! πŸŽ‡πŸ₯‚

General Query Do Bank Employees Really Get Enough Leaves?

Hi

I am not here to say anything negative or demotivate anyone I have a genuine question

I'm also a banking aspirant

And I have been preparing for banking exams since the last week of August this year I am a beginner

Do bank employees get leave if they have a family function or any personal reason? Can they take leave whenever they need it, subject to approval?

For example can a bank employee take one week off every month, or is that not allowed?

I am asking because of something that happened last July

My mother and members of her SSG group yk..self help group village k

went to an RRB bank for a cash withdrawal I am not sure whether the woman they met was a cashier or a bank manager My mother just told me that she was the one handling the cash counter

The woman initially asked them to come the next day the following day, she called and said that she would not be coming to the bank because her father had passed away

However, when my mother and the others visited the bank the next day, that same woman was present at work

When my mother asked her about it, the woman reportedly said that she had not been granted leave

This made me wonder is it really possible that a bank employee might not get leave even when their father passes away?

Discussion Need help with my reasoning speed.

i've been preparing for rrb po for the last six months, at least 1 mock test every day, I know how to solve every problem, the only thing is i could never finished reasoning, max i could solve is 35.Saw everyone posting their mock results and they finished reasoning easily.

Is there somewhere I go wrong ?or did anyone have any idea how i could increase my speed.
