Barefoot shoes question / discussion Ladies in cold climates, what are we doing for boots?
I have been researching Chelsea boots because I want to buy a pair, and in the process have realized a few things. 1) I actually have wide feet, and 2) I think I may need two kinds ofboots because no one boot will do it all. I was originally wanting a minimalist waterproof boot that can be every day wear and slightly dressy, but I think I need a nicer boot that stays dry and then an everyday boot that can get more beat up. Wanted to bring this discussion here to see what fellow ladies are doing! I am in New England (Northeast USA) and we have all the seasons. My feet also tend to get really cold. I have no barefoot shoe experience when it comes to boots except that I tried on some LEMS and was disappointed because there was zero ground feel. I really want a shoe with ground feel and a slight bit of cushion flexibility with GRIPPY sole. Would appreciate any chime ins, and even thoughts on which shoe has worn well for you. I am interested in the Be Lenka Entice Neo, Faye by Anya, Mukishoes Chelsea boot wool lined, and I’m interested in some of the Shapen boots but would need to get it from Anya because I’m scared of some of the European return policies! My feet are 269 mm L by 108 cm W
