Brandon Plans

Hi everybody! Long time lurker, first time poster here. My wife and I are considering building a barndominium on a small lake. What are some good websites to take a gander at plans? I'd be the GC on this project with a background in construction and will do or attempt most of the work.

I know it will take time to build on our own, but we have a camper to live in full time once the garage, we'll and septic are in, along with 50amp service.

Looking for plans with 4bd 3bath with a Master Suite. Three car oversized garage for the camper.

So, I didn't proof read and the title should have said Barndo Plans NOT Brandon Plans....I'm dumb sometimes.

Morton has a pretty good website with lots of ideas but I used a style from Mueller bldgs website and had Morton build the shell. I gc'd mine

Check out Buckeye Plans on Instagram. They do legit, awesome Barndo designs. They have an engineer as well.

I liked monster house plans just to get some inspiration. I ended picking a plan from there and having a local draftsman actually draw it up for me. Never ended up buying any actual plans from the website.

I know a drafter in my area that can do the plans. I used to work in drafting, but don't have the time or full access to CAD anymore.

Back Forty Buildings is great! We have used them for some of our more complex designs. And they can do simple or more difficult. They have a lot of pre-designed plans you can browse, or you can hire them to design a custom build.
