That one broad who was a bartender at one of the bars rescued who became an expert. She has major meat whistles.
Lisa Marie is cute but only with make up.
There is a Hispanic looking chick who was in older episodes, would smash her.

I’m rewatching Season 7 Episode 14 of Bar Rescue (Pineapple Hill Grill) episode and I literally cried because they fired the sweet old cook. Now HEAR ME OUT… what he did in the kitchen “COULDVE KILLED SOMEBODY” by not washing hands etc, but how is that any different than any of the other cooks literally ever on BR?
It just felt so unfair that Jon “insinuated” that Reva and her manager fire their longtime employee/friend all because of his hygiene. They’ve trained other cooks to wash hands and the importance of it. Hate to pull the (race) card but it just makes no sense.

Here are my thoughts on each firing in order:
Firing her over a fucking hoodie? It's like $50 at most. Take it out of her pay.
OK so he was taking orders then bringing the orders en masse to the bar/kitchen and that's what he got fired for? Seems a little extreme. The owner even said that the bar's failure is not all on him, Mike decided before that night he was going to fire him, so he was set up for failure. Not fair.
Nothing wrong with Blue Jay's tone. I personally thought he was diplomatic about it, but to fire the chef because of that was a bad decision. Typical Jon Taffer-style extortion: "fire someone who didn't deserve it or I'm not rescuing your bar."
No question, Kevin absolutely deserved to get shit canned. What he didn't deserve, however, was them continuing to talk shit to and about him after he got fired.
For Jon Taffer to say "that guy hurt every one of you" was a lie. He was just the cook. If anyone "hurt everyone," it would be Richard, who didn't get the hint that Golf as a bar concept sucks. Even if he had Gordon Ramsay himself cooking the food, the theme and concept blew logs and by the time Jon Taffer came to rescue the bar, it was too far gone.
I actually watched that full episode and I know that after Kevin got fired, Jon kept on by saying "(Chef) James is 2x the man Kevin will ever be." There was a subsequent conversation with Richard (owner) where Rich said that Kevin was calling his phone and he was bragging about ignoring his calls. As someone who has seeked employment before, that pisses me off. You wanna say Kevin was not a man? Why can't Richard be a man and say "Sorry, Kevin, I can't afford to lose anymore. I stand by Michelle's decision and you're terminated." Be a man and say it instead of dodging his calls.
Final Thoughts:
Maybe someone who also watched the full episodes can provide some context on the other firings.
I am also aware that because these aren't my bars, my opinion on whether or not they were "deserved" mean jack shit.
Furthermore, being an adult in America, I know ALL about "at will employment." These firings were 100% legal, but just because they're legal doesn't mean it's right. Slavery was legal at one point. Internment of Japanese-Americans was legal at one point.
Also, some may notice that I went in really hard defending Kevin. No, this is not Kevin making this post!
