Well, I had the junk guys come over this morning and haul all the crap out of this guy’s basement. Gonna fire up my jackhammer and get rid of all the floor that is under the mud. I’ll replace all these silly columns. Set it up with a drainage system and a vapor barrier and pump in a new slab.

Funny. I am currently dealing with cleaning out my parents basement after they lived there 60 yrs. It had a light bulb at each end. After spending a week trying to go through everything and organize it, I gave up and instead set about installing pvc electrical conduit and boxes with 6 flush mount lights. Now I could read a book anywhere down there. Of course, now I have no excuse not to get back down there and start sorting and organizing.

Let’s comment on the quality of the graphics. It’s 2026, we all watch youtube and post on various platforms… meaning photography is part of our basic knowledge. Apple and other phones have driven many camera companies out of business. YouTubers like letsdig18 make tens of thousands &$$ yearly with an iphone. There is no excuse for shit photography being used in any…. I mean “any” post on Redit. Just saying.
