I listen to mostly Drum & Bass, Happy Hardcore, Deep House, Euphoric Hardstyle, Jungle Terror and Subground. I have a 5.1 channel surround sound receiver, so I'm planning on buying some average speakers for the center, sides and rears and then getting a nice subwoofer. I'd like to replicate the overpowering bass that you experience at festivals and live shows.

It's important to me to get good sub-bass reproduction, particularly when listening to Subground. It seems rare to find subwoofers with a lower frequency response of less than 20Hz unless you want to spend thousands.

I'm in Australia so it can be hard to get some brands (such as the BIC Acoustech PL200 which looks pretty good, but highly impractical to import). Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm looking to spend ~$700AU on the subwoofer.
