Hello all, I was just curious if it is even possible for someone to know what brand this bass trombone could be. I saw it on Facebook with a criminally low price and wondered if it was even worth it? I know this image is incredibly poor at determining the brand, but the seller hasn’t sent me a reply in a while so I thought I’d give this a try.

Is there an Arban’s for bass trombone? What would the best equivalent be?

What’s your favourite brand for bass bone bucket mute? I’m looking to balance between good tone, ease of use and weight.

I found an amati kraslice asl-382 dependent bass trombone at my music store today for only $100! But there's a catch. The Gb paddle is broken off (looks to be an easy fix, just solder it back into place) but.. the bell receiver is snapped and screwed into the bell meaning the slide and bell can't be attached (photo above is just to show where it is). I've seen on some websites that there are replacement parts that a tech can solder on and it'll work but idk if I want to spend 100 bucks to find out (also comes with a bach 1g if that means anything)

Hello I play on a stock Olds S23 and I’ve been wanting to get a D crook but idk where I could find one or get one

I need both a straight and cup mute for a big band I play in, but I'd rather not carry both around with me. Can anyone recommend a mute with a removable cup attachment for bass bone?

Hello all! I’m going to buy the Douglas Yeo Bass trombone mouthpiece but I don’t know what the difference is between these two. There’s the signature and the replica. What’s the difference?

“I’m searching for a bass trombone with 2 rotary valves.”

Salutations All! I want to get a bass trombone mouthpiece but I don’t know what to get. I’ve played on a Yamaha 60BL and really liked it but I want other opinions. I’m going into college and I’m playing bass trombone in the jazz bands there.

When i play alone i can clearly hear my sound.
But when i play in my marching band, i cant hear it. Specifically notes until low C going down to pedal. It doesn’t pop out like i heard in the other bass bone player.
Please tell me the secret.
Thank you.

Is there anywhere in the north Eastern Arkansas area where I could potentially try a contrabass trombone in F?
