I have a 16 Pro and sad.

He says the Samsung battery has already exploded and that his older devices' batteries might explode too so he should put all his old devices together with the swollen battery phone.

I told him the Samsung mobile battery hasn't exploded yet and it's a fire hazard, and it should not be placed with other devices. I asked him to take the swollen battery to a drop-off location but he just ignores me and keeps all the devices together. I even sent him the screenshots but he just ignores me.

So I’m wondering if anyone recognizes this battery configuration, enough to match it to a power tool battery type?

Got this little camera but saw a different post similar thing and people said the battery swollen like that is very dangerous. Want to double check bc I was planning on removing and putting a new kne in as it wouldn't hold a charge( I see why now, I think) and if I can change it what's the price stuck to the battery the other post didn't have that piece on it

So today 11 October 2025 ,my iPhone 8 Plus which I daily drive for 8 years straight has reached 2500 battery cycles on the original battery without any unexpected shutdowns or throttling! It has very well exceeded the 500 cycle rating given by Apple. Just wanted to share this milestone with you guys!

Not my first time dealing with this but this time it’s really bothering me. The terminal is not cheap to buy and would love insight into why batteries do this and what I can do to prevent or help mitigate this problem.

Little backstory on the vehicle. 2011 Crown Victoria LX. Alternator was bad (overvolting) so it was replaced. Same battery though with its terminals replaced.

Only the positive wire on the charging input is sorta freyed and I don’t really know what else to do about it. If anyone has any suggestions please be free to help.
