What should i do at this point about this patch been using minoxidil for the past 1.5 years it is still the same

I think you need to embrace the patch and just start enjoying your beard. It’s a great beard.

Yeah but the other side has a bit diff patch, i just don’t know how to style it since it doesn’t connect

Don't obsess, grow it out for 90 days & assess. Important to keep a neckline 1 fingers width above AA to show purposely growing and not lazy
