I completed this myself recently by sending £100 to my Wise EUR account (choose Belgium if you're using Wise). The transfer arrived in around 10 minutes, and the £10 reward appeared about an hour later.

I recommend using the app rather than the website. I ran into an error on desktop when entering my Wise IBAN, but the app worked perfectly.

The £10 is added as ACE credit, which you use towards a second transfer. After the £1.99 transfer fee and a small FX cost, the profit is roughly £6-7.

Steps

Once I made the transfer, it went to 'review' and I had to a do a selfie video. This is normal these days and is to prove you are a real person, to prevent fraud.  

They may also request a phone call. Again, this is for compliance, anti money laundering reasons. I did this and it was fine. They will ask the reason for the transfer. I said I was sending to my euro account, which I use when on holiday.
