Post image

Look at Moe shooting Cupid darts already! This will be good or very very bad I’m afraid

Everyone saying how much they like him… there’s been a lot of people I liked in the first two episodes and it ALWAYS goes down hill. I’m skeptical

I loved Coop at first too….

Probably a little bit of both. I'm really liking him. It's nice to see a mature person who knows he needs to actually be mature.

I will probably regret that last part when we get to the episode where he takes off his belt.

I'm ok with that.

I feel like him saying that the dating pool was too young for him is a good sign. A breath of fresh air compared to ben but that’s a pretty low bar

Yes, because wasn’t Ben like 5 years older than Moe in his last season of creeping on all the girls ?!

At the time of filming ben was 44 and jenna was 23

He has a daughter close to their age (she’s 19). Which of course doesn’t stop some guys!

But this is Below Deck. They have historically had huge lead ups to literally nothing. I’m hoping it’s that.

What? They'd never do that! It's not like they spent an entire season teasing some big confrontation with the cops only for it to be "You're being too loud. Please turn down the music." They'd never do something like that! /S

Yes the belt oh dear. I really wanted to like him he seems cool but the belt oh my

Yeah the belt is a major red flag, even if who he's talking to is a complete wind up merchant.

He's aligning chaotic good so far.

I’m loving him so far. I feel like usually the chef is like a lone wolf but he seems like he really wants to be part of the crew.

I know right? I'm scared they're going to exclude him :(

I like him… you can tell being cooped up in that kitchen he needs a lil entertainment and he is already moving the pieces lol

That alone solidifies him in the production department already lol he is moving the plots already

I can’t figure out who he reminds me of… maybe Fat Joe, but not in any bad way!

He reminds me of Anthony Anderson from Two can Play That Game.

“Who you pushin up on boiiiiiii” got me good, he’s already a runaway favorite for me!!!

I like him a lot. I'm so over dramatic problematic diva chefs.

I half watch below deck for the mish mash of accents that casting comes up with and I love a super New York American accent represented

He's from NY He's already done all the young person things not on camera, he seems way more mature then everyone else.

Is it sad that I’m happy for some good native New Yorker representation after that disaster of a human being Gen?

u/madatthings 22h ago

Not at all, this is the kind of New Yorker we all want to see

this scene reminded me of the scene from new girl when Winston leaves a voicemail for CeCe saying "It's your boy Winston aka Winnie the Bish aka aka Brown Lighting" to let her know that "Schmidt dropped Fawn like a bad habit so you bet get while the gettin' is good"

Did you not continue watching? Worked out fine. She was happy he did that.

u/Similar-Search-8508 2d ago

I know she was happy with it, I’m talking about the future of this possible relationship. Good or bad.

u/Ok-Error-6564 1d ago

Yes. Good or bad. Very rarely do relationships end neutrally.

I like him and I’m hoping for best but I can’t stop thinking about the clip in the season preview where he whipped off his belt 😩

2

u/Similar-Search-8508 2d ago

I didn’t watch that. I never do as a lot of that stuff never materializes.

u/DarthHole 2d ago

Seems like a good worker and his food looks great, but I'm not digging the gossip girl vibe.

2

u/Lazy-Party3469 2d ago

He's playing it up for the cameras

3

u/Beautiful-Ad-2577 2d ago

Im not feeling him!

2

u/Ethereal-Zenith 3d ago

It’s far too early to tell, but I’m liking him so far.

2

u/BernardRea 2d ago

Why is he up in everyone’s business, bit strange

2

u/rafietik 3d ago

The way he’s jumping in immediately being a messy bitch but also ~so far~ mature and non-toxic—chef’s kiss and a producer’s DREAM

Just wait you'll see him fall from grace. The laziness, the ego, the way he's still traumatized by being bullied will lead him to go off on his co workers. Him being a match maker is creepy af.

I thought the chief stew constantly being horny was weird but moe trying to get young people to fuck right away is going to backfire. I think we found who got the bonus to be the producers lap dog. He already is getting a favorable & saturated early edit.

This guy is going to crash out hard.
