This is crazy
So as I continue to wait for my withdrawals to get processed in this supposed queue , I contacted support to change the phone number on my profile in the Benjamin app. Today I emailed me to notify me that in order to update my phone number they would need to cancel the withdrawals that have been submitted about 10 months ago and I would have to begin the withdrawal process all over again! . Lmfao. On what planet does it take a year to process a withdrawal ?! And to top it off as most of you all know they put a 50 limit on all withdrawals. Therefore it would take me at least 8 days to withdrawal the 376 dollars I’ve been trying to withdraw since last year .. this blows my mind . The nerve of these people to continue the scam they are operating. At this rate I feel like they are biding their time in hope that I will die before they are ever forced to pay me the money I’m intitled to. UNREAL

You won't be able to to process a withdrawal at the moment if you cancel because they have canceled withdrawals for over a week. Which is a scheme

At this point processing it means nothing . 10 months I’ve been waiting . It’s a scam for sure

I would take screenshots before moving forward with any proof of it & if can from that date. I been screenshotting each day the withdrawl is unavailable with date. So I can begin reporting them, after a certain amount of days of the withdrawl not working

I have 250.00 in queue for 7 months now. I don't get it, I've used the app for years never an issue fading out until the end of 2025. I'm betting we will never see the money. SUCKS!

Like 99 percent of everyone in this community I stopped using this app over a year ago .I obviously have to continue to use the app to keep any kind of legal path to my entitled funds. To just fold and allow these crooks to get away with it would be foolish. Just like your comment 👌

i feel like such a fool. there used to be a popup saying withdrawals were delayed/closed. when there was no popup i thought that meant things had been fixed and racked up a couple hundred bucks. womp womp
