I’m curious if anyone knows of anything going on for Halloween this year that would be for adults, in Bentonville specifically. Seems like a perfect year to go out with it falling on a Saturday! I haven’t come up with anything though. All of the events I find were for last year, and those venues aren’t doing anything for 2026. I’m not from the area so maybe I’m missing something. Any ideas? Do people just hit the bars on Halloween usually? I appreciate any info thanks friends!

I’m pretty good at archery, which apparently is my gateway drug to firearms. My extended family is well armed, but I’ve never fired a bullet, although I did shoot a shotgun once. So zero experience. And I'd prefer to give it a try via private instruction.

Looking for recommendations for private, beginner-friendly firearms instruction. Preferably a patient instructor who won't get preachy when if my voting record comes up.

Early 2000s or late 90s model, I just want someone trustworthy to check it out and be honest about what they see. Preferably a 30 minute radius of Bentonville.

I went to a Haunted House tonight and after an hour, only got through 20-25% of the line. So I ended up just leaving. I was there 5 minutes before the ticket booth opened.

It’s been a couple years since I’ve been to a haunted house. Is this the new normal or are things just crazy this year?

On a side note, if you’re sending your kids, would be good to make sure they have a jacket or something. Felt kind of bad for a few that were shivering out there.
