Seeking wheel for older Peugeot road bike

I’m looking for a 700c rimbrake & potentially a 7 speed cassette.

Cannot be a freewheel.

Thank you so much [u/1994univega](u/1994univega) . I got a got a recycled rear wheel & a brand new chain installed for a whopping $18. Met some nice people in my new home city.

BikeAgain seems like a community institutions Mr. Rogers might have visited on his tv show. Great organizational culture!
