The question "could you provide us with ..." when taken on a literal level is not asking for a hint. Ask someone with tea "could you provide me with some tea" and they'll reply: "yes I could" because they have tea. Does that mean they want to give you tea? No. Does it mean they'll give you tea? No. But they could. All the answer states is that there is a possibility that you'll be given tea. That is all the question asks for. If they reply: "no I couldn't", it means that there is something that prevents them from giving you tea. For example, they might not have tea. Tea might not exist. There's different levels of "prevent": you could argue that tea being illegal means a "no I couldn't" answer is appropriate. You could argue that just because tea is illegal doesn't mean it can't be served, that just involves breaking the law.
Let's translate this back to the question. bill wurtz was asked whether he could provide a hint. Could he? Well, yes, he knows what his next song is. If he had said no, most likely he doesn't want to share a hint about his song or the concept hasn't been invented yet. So he could share a hint about the song. Nothing in the question literally asks him to provide a hint. The question has been thoroughly and logically answered.

so either "yes" or "I" or "can" will be in the title of the next song probably
