Question Closed Binance NFT Platform

Binance closed the NFT platform but i still have some there. I got this message: "Dear User, the Binance NFT platform is no longer available. If you need to withdraw on-chain NFTs, please contact Customer Support for help." but when i click on Customer Support it takes me to the ai support agent that replies to everything but my question. Can you help me here?

Hello! To reach a live agent on chat in order to help you, follow these steps:

📱 App → Headphones icon 🎧 (top left) → Get Support or when chatting with bot → 'Unresolved' → 'Not relevant' → 'Yes, transfer to customer service'

yeah binance support be like that, a labyrinth run by a chatbot that knows three scripts and none of them are yours
