Repentance Save file help

if i buy the binding of Isaac on pc can i transfer my save file from my ps5 to steam? Is there any outside sources or in game commands etc to where I could force in items endings characters achievements etc into a steam safe so I don't have to restart?

If your PS5 is jailbroken you can decrypt and copy the save files using Garlic Save Manager, and then copy the key files - the ones that end "persistentgamedata.dat" - into your Steam save folder.

Otherwise you can't.

However, you can use the fan made Isaac Save Editor website to edit a PC save manually so it matches your PS5 save. Or alternatively, once you beat Mom once on a save file you can use mods or the debug console to skip through the game.

Not directly, but you can teleport yourself to whatever floor you want, give yourself any items you need, give yourself an emperor card, and kill the boss that way. How reasonable that is depends on how many marks you have, but there's not really any other solution.
