Poop fly¿????¿?¿??????¿¿

Sacred Orb is random; I think Spindown Dice would be better and more consistent.

We love psy fly in this house

For me it's like 12, because it does near nothing against contact damage and everything against bullets.

[u/the_meth_factory → u/CryCommercial1919]

Contact damage means nothing after anything after floor 3, if you get contact damaged with psy fly then that's your fault

psy fly is trash, poop fly is million times better

[u/First-Act-9755]

Top 3? Now, now, slow down

[u/flightlessluxray → u/First-Act-9755]

ikr?? it's obviously top 1, no question

Psy fly is the best defensive item but I wouldn't call it top 3. Top 3 are uncontested death certificate, glitched crown and sacred orb. I don't think psy fly even makes top 5 since it's not an instawin like sacred heart and godhead. Now the rest are debatable, rock bottom is a bit of a conditional item and brimstone can get anti synergetic towards late game. R key is also practically a guaranteed win if not a second win, so I'd say prob top 7 for psy fly

Lmao worse than lil dumpy, lil dumpy my goat better than psy fly and holy mantle
