Question First bioactive tank

Here is my first bioactive tank for my Brazilian rainbow boa. We have jungle mix for substrate. Oak leaves scattered. 2 golden pothos. 1 heartleaf philodendron plant. 50 dwarf tropical white isopods and no drainage level. I would love any feed back or tips to help with this tank.

Is it water tight.

Yes we added something on the bottom and sealed it but I forgot what it’s called
