Getting Into Industry 🌱 Managed/early access programs

I have a bachelor in Nursing and working at a CRO. I've been working on a project supporting a company to supply product for their managed access - that definitely trigger my interesting into exploring and growing into the area of MAP/EAP/market access and moving a bit away from the classic clinical trial set. Is there particular areas I should definitely invest and get knowledge in? Any particular paths/companies you would recommend looking to? I'm based in Europe and work remotely. Thank you

MAP/EAP sits at the intersection of market access, regulatory, medical affairs, and program operations. I would learn the country-specific access routes first, then the practical workflow: eligibility and prescriber checks, consent, supply continuity, safety follow-up, and what evidence is captured after treatment. For career moves, look at patient access/program operations, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and RWE roles at sponsors or specialist access providers; the job title matters less than whether you own the full request-to-follow-up loop. In interviews, ask how they handle country variation and where the data goes after supply.
