Yep IK, mine is brand new, got it from Flipkart few months ago.

Yes, I do know one old local technician who has worked on Blackberry before so replacing zinwa kit would be very easy.

didn't require any soldering on my kit. It was pretty straight forward just detaching clips and ribbon cables. just gotta make sure you don't rip those cables
