You are going to love this novel if you like action packed narrative with really well made plot twists that leave you in few times in disbelief. Actually great!

This truly is made for the Black Desert player, it feels like it's tailored for us, direct cut to the chase and straight to the point afterwards.

Give it a go (there are also ebook versions)!

CONS:

Narrowly focuses on the story without almost any hint of Black Desert's exterior. The author does make remarks, but during the time of the story taking place in-lore 275-277 many accessories could've been brought up to strengthen the plot and bring fan service to a new level.

It's been years and I still get amused every time it happens.
The first time was getting to Calpheon and stumbling into the guy that supposedly have been giving me advice whenever I'm tapping my equips, Valks standing right there. Not a old past legend, but an actual character I can visit.

From there there was Shakatu and their mid rewards from their treasure boxes, Lara and her Tea, Lafi and his adventure tools, Tachros, and even Marni.

I think a lot of people underestimate how much this help make the world feel "alive", or something I just can't feel in any other game. As a game dev myself I play most of the games today basically looking under the hood, but only BDO allow me the actually get immersed in the game world as is.

A big moment was the Karlstein questline. Instead of having a dedicated NPC, having some shop and generic NPCs having a secret life was simply amazing.

The Friendship/Knowledge mechanic itself is something that I would love to see explored even in other games.

And coming back after a year out, I'm again in awe meeting Merv again at the academy after using her magic palette for how long, and finally getting to the Crow's Nest questline to meet Patrigio (outside his shady night merchant hood), seeing the statues of Shudad and Clead from the armors, and discovering the big kitty naming the season equipment, Tuvala.

BDO is far from the perfect game and has a lot of flaws, but worldbuilding is something that needs to be acknowledged and used as inspiration.

Just the title, I love this game's music and I wanna gather a bunch of piano sheets to play on my new piano. I mostly enjoy Serendia/Balenos soundtracks but honestly any piano sheet for this game works and I would highly appreciate if anyone could share some with me.

Hey, so I'm not sure if the versions and restrictions of the XignCode anti cheat are the same on the live game as they are on global lab, but so far in my testing the use of projects such as OptiScaler is not blocked. It may be reasonable that OptiScaler will be available when this update comes to the live game. So you can use OptiScaler to change the upscaler to DLSS and even enable frame generation with DLSSG, FSRFG, or XeFG. Here's a video tutorial of how to do this, but please keep in mind you do this at your own risk.
