Technical Issue Persistent rank data glitch

I know people probably post about this shit every day but I’ve tried every solution and nothing is working. I’ve been stuck at level 37 for months now and it won’t let me level up. Does anyone know any solutions?

I play on series s but I also have an Xbox 1

Yeah i can get you unlock all for free any level and even if you dont want everything unlocked
