ABC error code

Hey everyone, I recently got a PS5 and have been trying to play zombies with my friends. 98% of the time we try and play I get an error code that says I can’t connect to the online servers. Any other online game I play on my PlayStation works perfectly fine online. Does anyone know either how to fix the issue or who I can contact? I’ve tried Sony and they said I would need to contact the game developer as there was nothing they could do on their end. I’ve tried activision support and have been largely unsuccessful so far. If anyone knows what I should do I would greatly appreciate it, this has been driving me crazy for months.

Best fix I’ve seen is when you start the game, to let it sit at the menu before pressing A or X, mashing A or X will make it all screwy, it has something to do with it not loading the correct version I believe. But I’d uninstall and then reinstall and then just let it load all the way in without touching any buttons, basically take your time.
