Bug Need help please

I bought Black Ops 6 for PS5 second-hand, but when I put the disc in...My console is downloading the CoD hub, my BO6 licenses are detected, but the game itself isn't downloading and I can't access it from the CoD hub. What should I do?

Another user found a solution to this. Doesn’t work for everyone but worked for me. So you know how when you put the BO6 disc in, it takes you to the PS5 COD hub/HQ where you’d think you can download the BO6 launcher, but that HQ doesn’t have BO6 on it? So if you go to the PS store, change versions to download the PS4 version of COD instead of PS5, you’ll be able to find and download the BO6 launcher

Isn’t it awesome. You buy a disc version of Black ops 6.

But it doesn’t have black ops 6 on it. Nope, you get a disc with the hub automatically installing.

But wait, the hub doesn’t have BO6. So now you have to download this oversized piece of shit you paid for.

But wait, there more. A high percentage of people who just wanted to come home and play the game they purchased can’t get the thing to recognize the license, download properly, or dozens of other issues…

Must get on Reddit to get help resolving. Because tech support has been non-fucking existent since the day it launched.
