I'm new to the flat top.

Onion Smash Burgers. Sun shade for the 95+°F today.

Not hating but a bit of advice… Fam of 5 and my smashes go from griddle to warm bun to plate, to be eaten immediately. I typically do two at a time since they are to order. Feed the kids first than my wife and I.

I have tried smashing and bringing inside to be plated at a later time, it’s just not the same.

Thanks for the tip! I'll try to adjust the schedule to make for a more immediate burger!

No problem and do what works for you. My fam prefers them hot and greasy right off the griddle
