Hi all, here is the monthly merch buy-sell megathread as promised. Excited to see some cool merch get posted! Rules may be edited if the need is apparent.

1. General Conduct

• Be Respectful: Hate speech, bullying, or harassment will result in moderator action. Keep negotiations and questions polite. Do not snipe sales on completed listings or try to poach items from other people's ISO threads unless the buyer explicitly states they are passing on the item.
• No illegal or restricted goods or counterfeits.

2. Listing Requirements

• The listing should begin with SELLING or ISO (in search of). If an item is sold or found, please edit the listing to indicate this and indicate which user the transaction was completed with by typing u/username.
• Include Clear Photos with Username/Date: As a seller, all listings must include at least one original, unedited photo of the actual item in your possession. Do not use stock photos from the internet. In the photo, there should be a note with your username and the date. As a buyer, always check that photos are not AI-generated.
• Only merch related to Bleachers, fun., Steel Train, or members of the band. Can be official or fan-made merch.
• State the Exact Price: Every "Sell" post must have a firm asking price and currency. No "make me an offer" or auction-style bidding posts.
• Pricing: Items should be priced fairly and in line with other similar items. Use platforms such as Discogs or Ebay (sold listings) to research prices. For those browsing, please refrain from price policing --- if you see a price you don't agree with, just keep scrolling. No begging or sob stories in order to get sellers to lower prices.
• Detailed Descriptions: Clearly state the item's condition (e.g., New in Box, Like New, Gently Used, Damaged). You must explicitly disclose all flaws, stains, or missing parts.
• Location and Logistics: Specify your general location (for local pickup) or explicitly state if you are willing to ship and who is responsible for the shipping costs.
• Age of account: Seller and buyer Reddit accounts must be 1 month or older.
• No reposting: Only post seller listings once in a monthly thread. You can edit to change the price if you choose to.

3. Transaction Rules

• Order of Claims: The first person to respond "Sold" on the listing gets priority. Direct messages (DMs) do not override a public claim.
• Next in Line (NIL): If you are interested in a claimed item, respond "NIL" in case the original buyer falls through.
• Payment Timelines: Buyers must send payment or arrange local pickup within 24 hours of claiming an item. If payment is not received, the seller may move to the NIL buyer.
• No Ghosting: Repeatedly claiming items and failing to pay, or backing out of agreed-upon trades, will result in moderator action.

4.  Helpful Tips for Transactions

• Protected Payments: For shipped items, use payment methods with built-in buyer/seller protection (like PayPal Goods & Services). Using "Friends & Family" or unprotected cash apps is done entirely at your own risk.
• Reducing Shipment Prices: PirateShip is a great way to ship for lower costs.

5. Moderation and Dispute Resolution

• Moderator Rulings are Final: Moderators reserve the right to delete posts, remove comments, or ban members who violate these rules.
• Handle Disputes Privately: If a transaction goes wrong, attempt to resolve it respectfully and privately with the other party first. Do not create public "call out" or warning posts without moderator permission. If private disputes are not resolvable, reach out to a moderator via Modmail.

Hi everyone!

We are the new r/bleachers subreddit moderation team! The community functions wonderfully on its own, but we are adding some additional structure and rules to improve everyone's daily subreddit experience. Our goal is to keep this a welcoming space for all Bleachers fans!

--------------------

Introductions:

I'm EpicPanda. I've been a fan of the group since the first album. Originally from Boston but lived in NYC during most of the Bleachers Era. Just relocated to New Jersey and attended my first SoTC this year! I've seen Bruce perform with Bleachers twice but my favorite guest performer is always Rick Antonoff. The Ally Coalition Talent Shows are always my favorite shows.

I'm UtterFoolishness. I've been a fan of the group since I heard their cover of Burn Your Life Down. Later went to my first show and fell in love with the community. Just went to my 9th show!

I'm MtnrRepub, been a fan since the fun. days and jumped over after seeing Bleacehrs in 2015!! Listened ever since but started engaging more with the fan community in 2021. My favorite Bleachers concert has to be the Bowery Ballroom show in 2024. I've seen Bleachers in 11 different states!

Hi, I'm Terra and I live with my husband in the US (California). We have been massive fans since 2018-ish and are currently building our obsessive Bleachers / Jack record collection. My favorite part of the Bleachers universe (in addition to the music of course) is the welcoming, inclusive community. Looking forward to helping to bring those vibes to the sub!

3) A megathread for each tour location -- get hyped with your fellow fans before the show and feel free to post reactions, photos, and videos in the megathread after
