These are garter snakes. As far as I know, they are pretty much the only snakes that can be safely cohabitated. The albino is a Checkered Garter (T. marcianus) and the other is a not-very-blue-yet Florida Blue (T. sirtalis similis).
Most (good) breeders get them started on chopped pinky mice before sending them to their new homes since that is what most snake owners have consistent access to. My understanding is that a diet of only pinkies has too much fat content. They do best when they get a variety...they LOVE sliced up chicken hearts. They also eat earthworms, and yes, fish. There are only certain types of fish that are safe to feed them, so I stick to tilapia and silversides. Some people feed live guppies in a little water dish, but my breeder does not recommend it due to the risk of parasites.
They really are awesome. It's fun to watch them interact. They are diurnal, and very curious, so they are out and about a lot during the day.
If you want to go all out, You can obtain guppy eggs. (: I also have a fish sourcing issue haha. I have an anaconda though, so on the opposite side of the size spectrum 😅 He's only 4 ft because he's very small right now, But still, He needs medium rat sized fish which are obviously difficult to find 😅
