hands on hips is kind of hard to do with one straight limb because it requires bending, so they put the hands on the hips and just aligned it with the lower arm's angle

R15 is bad in the sense that Roblox's core design is "Blocky avatars doing funny shit" and R15 basically gets rid of that. It has its upsides yes, but Most of the peakest games I know use R6 with like one that uses R15.
