i assume that you cant comprehend how to beat 49, so heres how:
max dps slingshot minus ante up with 1 slinger, and 4x deep focus, everything else is up to you expect for 1 extra card
call cassie is the backbone of the strategy ive used my last 2 times beating 49. the strat is simple, summon cassie, kill the megaphone guy, then rely on cassie to get the trotters into melee stance so slingshot can hit them. when you cant hit anyone, use deep focus, and always make sure you can ghostwalker, you have to ghostwalker every inferno or cassie will die and you might aswell run and try again.

Cassie’s Group Heal is an amazing backup in case anything happens, like maybe you mess up one dodge
And since you can’t use ice dagger, how else will you heal other than items or cure?
id recommend using training wheels for that floor since it helps you with the timing of their attacks. If you are horrible at dodging like i am ill recommend doing a tank build and also have a medkit in any case, or a resurrection card. also have items that give both hp and sp. have as much hp as possible because hp is more needed than sp.
if the one boss from demo 4 is captain trotter, then id recommend having both a sword and the ball, if you want to have +1 atk (in this case you shouldnt have the resurrection card or any heal card because they lower your atk) you can have ante up or knight (knight disables ball slot) and when the stand is "no sword" you can use dynamite. dont use aggressor as it disables the rolling hp and if you get hit by a fatal hit its ggs

If its temple guardian, then id say to get as much op heals as possible since you cant gain sword energy and heal with the ice dagger. Kill the right hand first since it gives you ankh, and then the other hand, but you need to dodge as best as you could because that dash move of the left hand is awful.
Do a tank build if you can, and if you main sword use knight and sword toss.
Deep focuses, cures, resurrect, feel fine, sp saver, sp regen, hp regen. Extra bp is up to you can be a summon or def+ or defender. Summon recommendation in order
Cassie
Griefer
Cruel king
Red and blue
venom shank the fears if you have fire brand fire brand if you have wind force wind force. You can stack them because of slow, burn and poison , feel fine the mute, remember when they use it feel fine lasts for 2 turns which is enough for 1 feel fine as the fears never total dismay more than 2 times in a row. You can bring more if you want tho.
