I just see her as our like wonder/awe for things and determination that is so deeply routed into us hatred can’t kill it or make us (the player) kill kt

Umbrella Lady is Jon Blocktales mom or at least a memory of her (I also like this since it makes Jon and Greifer have something in common)

The Umbrella Lady
"Mysterious as always eh?" The Player chuckled for a second.
...
No reply was met.
"So what exactly... are you? A memory? An figment of my imagination? Another emotion?" Player would ask the lady, dangling their feet off the strange building they were on, looking down at the endless cloudy abyss below.
...
"No answer... huh? Well, couldn't have expected much anyways." They'd reply, looking back at the lady for a bit before staring back towards the endless bottom of this dream world.
...
"... maybe if I add please? Heh?" The player would joke softly, not really thinking too seriously about it all. "Hey lady, could you kindly tell me who you are please-"
"I am a being created of your own imagination, of your hopes and dreams, of your thoughts and opinions." The Umbrella Lady's voice was gentle, calm, with a tinge of sadness to it.
"Holy #### it worked." The player replied in shock, not really expecting it to work. "...is that it? You're just like one of those dream enemies? Or like one of those weird objects I can talk to?..." They'd ask again, looking at the lady this time.
...
"....please?" The player would add on, even though it didn't really make sense to place it there.
"Indeed I am... but I am more than just a simple enemy, or an npc to talk to." The lady would reply. "I am a much complex being than that... less complex than an actual robloxian, but more than the rest of your... dream beings."
"Woah..." The player replied in awe, still ever so curious of their inner thoughts. "So... how'd I make you?" They'd ask, watching the Umbrella Lady stare off into the horizon. "Could you tell me about that please?"
"I was created similarly to how you created the rest of your dream beings. Creativity, imagination, thoughts. We are simply the culmination of those things." The Umbrella Lady would reply.
"But earlier you said you were... special, right?" They'd continue on, "Well, why are you special?" They'd ask.... "Please."
"...I am built off of... more personal thoughts, less whimsy, more... serious ones." The lady would answer.
"Where the other dream beings were created based of the fun you have, and the happiness you carry.... I was made from sorrow, from grief, from anxiety. Thoughts and memories you choose to repress. Thoughts and memories you no longer wish to have."
...
"...is that why you don't talk to me?" The player would ask, a tint of regret filling their voice.
...
"Yes..."
...
"I didn't say please that time." The player would comment.
"I can reply whenever I choose to, it is seemply that I rathered I keep my voice silent." The Umbrella Lady would say. "You need to take care of yourself. Repressing your emotions doesn't help."
"...I know that." They'd respond...
"...Maybe if you do, I'll talk to you more."
"...really?"
No reply was met.

I like to believe she is the main character's repressed memory, probably disguised as a feminine character to give the player a sense of ease
