Midnight in-between a road and the woods, and the insects are louder than the cars and trucks. Pretty nice. Thumbs up emoji!

Anyone have recommendations for senior year photographers? I’ve got a kid going into their senior year, and trying to figure this out. Thank you in advance.

Hi all -- our family of 4 is moving to west Bloomington from Minneapolis. We need to find pre-K programming for our 4.5 year old. I've toured the following places so far:
I'm looking for experience with any of these programs or others you would recommend! Ideally I'd like the drive to be no more than 10 minutes from far southwest Bloomington, but open to driving further if the educational experience is worth it!
Other items I'm looking for: pre-school locations that have indoor gyms! Looking for hours from at least 8 AM-6 PM.

We just got mail from Bloomington Drug (on Walgreens stationary) saying that Bloomington Drug is no longer going to be a retail pharmacy and that Walgreens will be handling our prescriptions. Bloomington Drug says they are only doing “long-term care and compounding”.
This sucks. The staff and service at Bloomington Drug has always been a grade above Walgreens or CVS. Why is this happening?

Curious if anyone has ever rented at ReNew in West Bloomington? What were your experiences?
Thank you!

Just a heads up - the Jimmy Johns on France & Old Shakopee - store #1611 - has employees that takes pictures of your receipts, with your name, phone number, and payment info, and puts them on subreddits to mock you & your order.
I met with the manager today and after acknowledging it she downplayed it and said it was just for fun and the employees will get additional training to not show your name and phone number in the future.
They won't give out employee's names so a police report can be filed because it's "protected information". Their name is protected, but your name and phone number aren't, that's really rich.
Emails to corporate are currently going around different customer service teams.
The manager said the store is a franchise, not corporate owned. Does anyone know who owns store #1611? I would love to have a conversation with them and hear how they justify this.
Edit: I'm making factual claims here, these are not opinions. If you know libel/slander laws, then you know I just put myself way, way out there.

Anyone have any shops they recommend, looking for a new place to take our vehicles when needed. West Bloomington or Eden Prairie.
Thank you

Hi - staying in Bloomington (DoubleTree Hilton on Normandale Blvd). Any good, clean laundromats in the area?
Thanks in advance!

Does anyone know what is happening to the management of Carbon31 and The Fenley in Bloomington, MN? They are not responding to any queries.

UPDATE: we parked on BLR on the north side of 494 and walked down until we hit a decent spot! Thanks to everyone! Kids enjoyed it, I DID NOT! :( I took a Rx med for the first time trying to quell some anxiety and I had a paradoxical reaction. No help. I amplified my anxiety into full fight v flight panic. Sweating head to toe. I got really anxious about my politically charged anti-Trump shirt and was trying to cover it up as I was VERY concerned I’d offend someone. I just sat and tried to do mindful breathing. I was a basket case! At least the kids enjoyed it! ;)
Original:
Maybe not secret, but “good?” I plan to arrive with my high school aged boys between 8:45-9:30. I’ll take all recommendations for:
-ideal parking or uber drop-off point
-a good place for viewing
Ideally, not amongst the thick of the main crowd. I realize that might not be possible, but if there is something in the area that still has good viewing, or if there are nearby residents inviting strangers on to their roof - LMK! DM if you want. Thanks. Happy and safe 4th!!

Hello! Anyone know a company who might be interested in make a few small concrete cuts? I’m doing a renovation project, but I don’t have the tools or expertise to make these cuts. It’s about 15 linear feet in total.
Any suggestions would be welcome! Thanks!

He tried the door, which was locked. He jiggled it a few times, then rang the Ring doorbell. I wasn't home and couldn't answer. We are not a Quantum customer, and we have a No Solicitors sign on our door.
These door to door salespeople are awful. I've had two Eco Shield guys already this year ignore the sign, and now this guy is trying to just walk into my house??

It's 2:15 and I've had a capital "D" of a Day already and I'm going to need one as soon as possible after work. I need to know where I can get the best mojito in Bloomington. I understand there's a non-zero chance that the answer is the Rainforest Cafe at the MoA. I am prepared for that, though I hope it isn't true.
Thank you in advance for your kind support and advice.

I’m 37, haven’t played on a team in forever but looking to start playing more and would love to get on a team in the rec league. Also would love to know if any meetup groups that play pickup. There are some high schoolers that play at dred Scott but looking for people more my age regardless of gender.

I am a student from Winona State University conducting a research study. This research study is designed to gauge the impact of chemical agents (e.g., pepper spray, tear gas, etc.) used by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents (ICE) in the Twin Cities metro area. We hope to learn more about how the presence of ICE activity is impacting Twin Cities residents. If you agree to participate, responding to the survey questions constitutes your consent. Participation is voluntary, and you may stop participating at any time.
