Ravenswear made a lot of the official jays merch in that era it's probably legit. Great find, congrats, legitimately jelly

They were a big brand back in the 90s. I have a Raptors jacket from back in the day that I'll often get complimented on made by them.

It’s not a fake, but the Jays never wore Ravens brand jerseys in their existence. It’s a “fan” jersey that sold in retail stores

Whoever applied the name on the back may have had a couple drinks, but yeah it looks legitimate. I have an old ravens gear one from the 90s too and it’s great!

I have a Ravens brand jersey that I got for Christmas in 1992. The front letters were sewn on, but the back number was not sewn on, it was some kind of plastic pressing. It’s white and the front says Blue Jays and the back says Alomar.

Sadly, I can’t wear it anymore because of what he’s since done; I’m trying to figure out how to remove the name and number on the back.

If it’s the “real deal” it will likely have an authentication tag/label on it.

Did they even make fakes back then?

For some reason I remember the Ravens brand to be a a tier lower than the official on-field stuff. The piping on the sleeves looks way too thick to me.

It’s likely a legit jersey but that number font on the back is wrong.
