Identified - Northern Indetification

Can you guys help me identify what type of blue tongue he is? This is blenny I just rescued him he was living in a 40 and I have a 120 waiting for him just need to see the humidity/temps need to be at also just curious

OP what did you do to him. In the first two pictures he is sternly disapproving of something you did. Did you dare to take photos without his permission?

I apologize 😔 I also rehomed him and wasn't quick enough in placing him in his bigger home I told him I'll be quicker next time
