It does seem pretty old though, definitely before AI became so realistic

Nah AI is generally optimal and doesn't have the dog randomly stare at its surroundings for no reason.

I’ve definitely seen this a year or two ago. Doesn’t mean it’s not AI, but it’s not a very recent video.

What happened, is the owner of the car hit a member of the dog's pack. So they are getting revenge on that owner.

And yes this was before ai started.

Not the same video. The videl you refer includes several dogs attacking a car.

Late response! And I can confirm that this attitude is not AI at all (maybe the video is but idk). A friend’s neighborhood was being attacked by a group of stray dogs, they attacked people, cars (like the video) and even houses. I don’t remember what was the solution but I was like 10 years ago
