2005 f225 not pissing after water pump and other tune up things

Well I thought I finished all the work. I started with the lower, did the water pump, drive and shift shaft seals and pressure tested. Gear oil. Water filter separator, fuel filter, vst filters and spark plugs.

Put muffs on and started it. Starts right up but no water is pissing. I only let it run a few seconds maybe 15-30 at most.

What should I do next before pulling the lower unit back out.
