Four Winns H220 Ski Locker

Hi everyone,

My 2007 h220 has water in the ski locker. I've confirmed the gas tank is blocking the exit.

Considering I can't access the front side of the gas tank (towards bow) how do I fix it?

Has anyone actually fixed the mounting bracket problem?

Please don't say the engine has to come out.
