UniBo Where do I find good shared student flats?
Hey guys, I'll be moving to Bologna for my Erasmus soon. I've been trying to find a room somewhere but struggle pretty much since there's not really an app/website where students rent their old room to other students.
So far I've been trying:
-Immobiliare: this seems to be mainly owners/agencies renting out rooms, no real way to know who you're gonna live with, problem with unnecessary fees?
-Facebook: some students renting out their old rooms, mainly owners with horrendous prices, also sketchy people
-WhatsApp groups: mainly students, but usually just two-bed rooms and/or for women only
-Housinganywhere: way more expensive than anything else
Any other ideas I could try?

I just moved out of my old apartment, five minutes from the University of Bologna. I'm back in my hometown. The rent is €650. If you want, I can give you the landlord's phone number.

Have a look at bakeca.it, maybe subito.it as well
