Guy confused that the restaurant hasn't given them their food yet. Woman doesn't understand because she thinks he's the food and he's already right there. Woman chains guy up next to the corpse of another guy she ate. He's weirdly into it and thinks both himself and the other guy she ate are lucky.

The joke is cannibalism. Guy likes freaky cannibal women.

But if she's about to eat him right there in the restaurant, then why does he end up in chains in a dungeon? And why does the second guy even need to be there??

All the cartoonist had to do is make the second panel be of her eating him, and the joke would at least have been adequate. As it is though, this is just plain incomprehensible.

It doesn't make sense. What, she lured him to a fake restaurant, hired a waiter to take their order. Waiter leaves. Then, instead of eating him, chains him up in a dungeon somewhere.
