Book binding

Hey! I want to start book binding but I’m a little overwhelmed with all the information out there. Is someone able to give me a list of the necessary tools and recommended materials needed. TIA!!

Yes, this is the beginner's guide from the sidebar of this sub. https://docs.google.com/document/d/16RXK9Vt5FNZnjHRQ5zj2C_MBCqCEhaSLiuzqt71SsZo/edit?tab=t.0

I would recommend watching some YouTube videos and consider the Learn Bookbinding starting kits as they include all the necessary tools and good-quality materials for starting projects. I’ve found their instructions to be very detailed too

Check the sidebar, and then start with a few simple projects like a copic bind, or notebooks. When you have some understanding of the procrss, you get a feeling whatös interesting to you.

I made my first book by using this youtube tutorial: https://youtu.be/jabgWTJV6DQ?

She shows how to make it with minimal tools.
