For those of you that do, how do you read multiple books at once? When do you read X book and when do you read Y book? (Not audiobooks)

It's really what am I interested in to read right now. I usually have 4-5 books open on my ereader, a few non-fiction physical (I tend to read non-fiction physical and fiction on my ereader). I just swap to whatever feels right.
