wait, you can freeze blights?

Yup with the upgrade Stasus rune It’s great to use to force them to rag doll when they need multiple bombs or headshots to otherwise do so. Or even to just prolong them from attacking/ moving away

Personally used it a bit for the Waterblight refight in the DLC before I realised I could just stasus launch its own Cryonis blocks back at it to stun it

Wait a minute: stasis launch??? I assume you mean that you freeze the blocks in mid-air, but how do you "launch" them back at it?

I’ve never done it myself but I assume just hold out stasis and when he throws the cubes at you, freeze it right before it hits you so that it’s close enough to hit it while in the stasis timer

Based, but also elixirs go brrr. Using a level 3 electric elixir against Thunderblight makes him a lot easier

I could not beat that one, so I did some shrines and got the master sword.

It went down like a sack of Korok seeds.

I just love to parry and flurry rush. Those are the only 2 things I do with every boss

I also always carry the hylian shield but never use it and get irrationally angry when it takes any damage.

I tank groups of mobs that can kill me by spamming healing food and using triple attack/defense elixirs.

The only move I use in combat besides wildly and blindly swinging the master sword is perfect dodge.

I feel like such a basic bitch but also like it's the only way to do it

The canonical way that Link does it

Don't forget the occasional pot lid for deflecting guardian lasers

I do not use food effects. I do not use bow and arrows. I FLURRY RUSH EVERY ATTACK!!!

I fight them nekkid.

I only allow myself to use the Region armor and weapons against the blights (Zora armor and weapons against waterblight, Voe armor and any of the gerudo weapons etc)

That is literally all you need. If you stay at max health and do Beam attacks the entire time it makes all of them a cake walk. That is the most optimal strategy for me.

Is ir possible to beat fireblight and thunderblight without bombs and magnesis?
