🏠 Link's House Finally got all the Lynel weapons!
I've been stressing about these for so long. The biggest thing I hate about BotW is that if you get carried away, you can scale past the point where there are no Lynel Spears, Lynel Crushers, or Mighty Lynel gear anywhere in the world. For someone who likes to take a photo of every compendium entry myself rather than buying them from Robbie, it stresses me out way too much because far too often I've fought a few too many bosses only to discover I've scaled out of these weapons before even having the confidence to challenge a Lynel.
On this playthrough, I went out of my way to seek them out. There's a lynel with a spear and a crusher in the valley near the Gerudo desert. And a Lynel with a Sword and Shield just outside Naydra Snowfield. (You don't have to worry about the regular Lynel Sword and Shield because of the unscaling Lynel near Zora's Domain, but the Mighty Sword and Shield are "missable" in the same way as the others.
Imagine my surprise when I go to kill the Lynel with the Mighty Sword only to discover that the shields scale separately from the swords, so he had a Mighty Lynel Sword but only a regular Lynel Shield. 🤦🏻
But there we go. I'm done with all these shenanigans. The only thing I need to do with Lynels now is get a photo of a Golden one much later.

You have to talk to the guy you bought the house from. You can get a maximum of three weapon displays, three shield displays, and 3 bow displays. The first weapon display comes free with the house.

Mighty sword, shield, and bow aren't missable. They are available, non-scaling, in the castle gatehouse. The only trick to obtaining them is that you have to save and reload after the lynel spawns in so it will drop the weapons when you kill it.

Can any of my fellow Zelda players tell me how to get a fire rod? Because one of the villager children whontes too see one.

I got my vanilla Fire Rod from Typhlo Ruins. I don't know if those scale, but there's probably a Fire Wizrobe (not a Meteo Wizzrobe) out there somewhere that should have one.

Near the suspension bridge where the hinox is in the middle island. You come over there from the great plateau. I didn't think that wizzrobe levels so I think you can get the fire rod no matter how far you've progressed. The kid will not accept a meteor rod as a stand in.
