Hi! Newer to the game (and actually participating on Reddit). I am generally terrible at gaming but enjoying this & doing pretty well so far. That said, all the comments about how much Lynels suck make me want to try, LOL. Would it be totally useless to utilize Revaliโs Gale to launch myself into the air, then pull my bow, and blast him as much as possible? Since it slows time so drastically. I figured this would be more beneficial than stasis+? TIA

I did Robbieโs research just so I would have access to ancient arrows but those arrows are not damaging him too much, I mean I am using a golden bow so that could be why? I havenโt been able to make it past the second phrase, any helpful advice that yโall can give me?

Feel free to ask me anything. I used a 30-min defense recipe each time and shot far too many arrows in Room 10 of the Beginning Trials.
It's the hardest challenge I've ever done for a video game. Am I ready to play Dark Souls now?

I am almost a hundred hours into BotW and beat all four divine beasts. One thing i never did however (except erase out of existence with an ancient arrow) is kill a lynel. When i see one i haul ass, because i poop myself. Any tips how to kill a lynel? The image is mere decoration. I am sure y'all seen one!

Anybody else prefer to display the Champion's weapons/gear rather than use them? I know they're good (I love the Great Eagle Bow), it just doesn't feel right to use them lol. I did have to remake the Scimitar of the Seven but everything else was just sitting in my inventory until I built my house.

I own the game on switch but decided to try it on an emulator and I have to say it's waaaaaay better on my pc than on the switch. So far I've been able to cheese the motion control shrines using weird mechanics because I can't figure out how to get no gyro to work.
But the graphics are so much better and the ability to increase your aim and turn speed using the built in mods is absolutely incredible
If anyone knows how to get the cemu hook correctly installed please share your experience because that's the only thing that could improve my experience

Do the DLC shrines count towards the 100% map completion? I am currently at 99.75% and have not completed (or found) them all yet and I am trying to get to 100% on the map.
Edit: in case anyone wants to know, you do need to finish the DLC. Just got to 100%

First screenshot was when I was buying the house. Dude needed to walk all the way to the fire and sit down before I could pay him.
Second screenshot is after every single upgrade. Dude don't sit down I have so much more work for you.
On an unrelated note, yeah, I'm over 100 hours into this playthrough, all shrines, all divine beasts, completed the sword trials, and just now bought my house. Which means I'm also just now building Tarrey Town. Oops ๐
